In September 2022, The Price Is Right hit a major milestone, celebrating its 50th anniversary. For half a century, we've watched ecstatic audience members leap out of their seats, hoping to hear their names called so they can dash down the aisle and try their luck at winning fabulous prizes.

A key element of the show has always been its attractive models, who showcase the prizes with flair. Originally known as Barker's Beauties, named after the iconic host Bob Barker, these models were exclusively female. However, times have changed, and under the helm of current host Drew Carey, the show now features both male and female models. Let's get acquainted with the handsome gents who are now a part of this beloved game show.
James O'Halloran: The Aussie Heartthrob
James O'Halloran made history in December 2014 as the second male model to join The Price Is Right. At the time, he was a 30-year-old Australian who had just won a nationwide casting call, edging out fellow finalists Jay Byars and Jonathan Morgan. His charming accent and good looks certainly didn't hurt his chances.
Before becoming a game show model, James studied industrial design, a skill he still enjoys, as evidenced by his furniture design projects. Off-screen, he’s a family man. James and his wife, Jaime, welcomed their son Max in July 2021.
In December 2022, James took a brief break from the show to head back to Australia for a film project. He starred in a Hallmark-style movie called When Love Springs, playing Noah, a man who pretends to be the main character’s boyfriend. Yes, there’s a bed and breakfast involved—classic Hallmark! Despite his ventures into acting, James remains a staple on The Price Is Right, much to the delight of fans.

Devin Goda: From Football Field to Game Show Stage
Four years after James joined the show, Devin Goda came on board in October 2018. Devin brought a unique background to the modeling team. Before his TV debut, he played professional football with the Baltimore Ravens.
Devin's lifelong love for The Price Is Right made his transition from sports to television a dream come true. "Growing up, I loved the show; I never thought I would be on the show," he told People magazine. His athletic experience gave him a unique edge. "With The Price Is Right you have to know everything. You have to know camera angles, you have to know lines," he explained. "It’s just kinda like the playbook in football. You have to know what you’re doing, where you’re going, you have to know where you’re looking at."
It's safe to say we're all looking at Devin. His dynamic presence and charm have made him a fan favorite on the show.
A New Era of Modeling on The Price Is Right
With James O'Halloran and Devin Goda on board, The Price Is Right continues to evolve while maintaining its timeless appeal. These models bring more than just good looks to the table; they contribute unique talents and backgrounds that enrich the show's dynamic.
Whether you're tuning in to catch the latest contestants or to see what James and Devin are up to, The Price Is Right remains a delightful mix of excitement, charm, and, of course, stunning models.
